Guest account

Having a good overview of work processes is always important at VoiceProductions. You often have to work with different colleagues on different projects. Naturally, one of your colleagues may get sick, cannot be reached, or is absent for whatever reason and recordings cannot be followed up.

To help solve such issues, we have created our guest accounts. Using these accounts makes it much easier to share your projects and recordings with colleagues to ensure that the follow-up can go ahead as scheduled. The dashboard in your account now makes it easy to invite other people to a guest account.

The projects overview page allows you to simply switch between your own projects or that of one of your colleagues. The account also includes features for responding to messages, listening to recordings, and even requesting retakes.
