Pete

Pete’s distinctive British voice is heard across 24 countries and 5 continents. A firm favourite of producers, he recently recorded documentaries for Discovery Channel along with commercials for Nokia and "The Secret Life of Pets 2" movie.

Born of Anglo-Welsh parents, Pete is originally from Cheshire and has over 20 years of Voiceover experience. He has a voice age of 35-55 and frequently used accents are Standard English (RP), Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool and South Wales. He can also provide a multitude of character voices and is a gifted impressionist.

A Swiss-Army-Knife voiceover artist, Pete’s versatility has led to 13 nominations at the UK One Voice Awards across 10 different categories, including Voiceover Artist of the Year on two occasions.

Pete trained as an actor at Drama Studio London where voice coaches highlighted his vocal physiology, describing it as “unusual – a deep resonant 'chest voice' combined with a light resonant 'head voice’."  As an actor, he's worked extensively in film & television, including Coronation Street, Eastenders and as a regular character in the British comedy TV series Hotel Getaway. He's also appeared on the London stage - acting in plays and performing Stand-Up/Impressions. His talent for comedy and improvisation has also led to in-vision roles in TV adverts across the globe.
